Enos Lagat, the man abducted in Lang’ata, found alive

Enos Kipkoech Lagat, who went missing nine days ago and was believed to have been kidnapped by unknown men in Lang'ata, has been found alive.

Lagat is said to have reappeared on the night of Sunday, April 7, 2024, causing relief and elation at his home in Kapseret Constituency, Uasin Gishu County.

However, it is unclear where he has been, and no details about his reappearance have been shared with friends or family.

“He has finally been found and he is doing fine,” said Joshua Leting, a close friend.

On March 30, 2024, unknown assailants abducted him and bundled him into a waiting Subaru near Uchumi Hyper in Lang'ata Sub-County, Nairobi. CCTV cameras captured his abduction.

On Sunday morning, the family held a demonstration to demand his release.
