Disc Jockey Joseph Mwenda, alias DJ Joe Mfalme has been released from remand in the ongoing murder case of Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) officer Felix Kelian.
DJ Joe Mfalme is set to become a state witness in the murder case involving the Kabete Police Detective.
The DPP recommended that the second among the seven respondents be enlisted as witnesses in the case.
Additionally, the DPP charged the first respondent, Allan Ochieng', with the murder.
Allan Ochieng' is slated to face charges at Kiambu High Court on Monday, April 8.
