Rita Tinina, a popular NTV journalist, has died.
Rita's body was discovered in her Kileleshwa home on Sunday afternoon, but the cause of death was not immediately determined.
Her colleagues at NTV reported that she was supposed to be on duty on Sunday but did not show up, and she could not be reached by phone.
Her employer, the Nation Media Group, which owns NTV, had not released a statement on the death by the time of publication.
Her family was present when police arrived to take the body to the mortuary for autopsy.
Tinina leaves behind one daughter.
