President William Ruto is leading the country in the memorial service of the late Chief of Defence Forces General Francis Ogolla who perished in a military helicopter crash on Thursday alongside nine others.
The memorial service is being held at the Ulinzi Sports Complex in Lang’ata in a ceremony.
The honours will include a church service, a military parade, and a 19-gun salute.
The event is being graced by senior government officials, parliamentary leaders, judiciary representatives, political figures, security sector commanders, and members of the Diplomatic Corps
