Police in Nairobi's Dandora area have launched a manhunt for a suspect in the murder of Gregory Odhiambo, 41.
Odhiambo was reportedly assaulted on April 14, sustaining injuries that eventually led to his death. However, he did not report the assault to the authorities or seek medical attention for his injuries.
Tragically, Odhiambo returned home after the assault and fell asleep, never waking up. His lifeless body was discovered in his home long after he died.
The police are investigating the incident, and Odhiambo's body has been transferred to the mortuary pending a postmortem examination. Despite their efforts, authorities have yet to identify the assailant responsible for the fatal attack.
The police are urging anyone with information about the incident or the identity of the suspect to come forward and help with the ongoing investigation.
