Heavy rains continue to wreak havoc in various parts of Kenya leaving behind displaced people and disrupting transport.
In Nairobi, several eastes experienced serious floods following the persistent rain on Saturday night into the late morning on Sunday.
Many roads were impassable in the city including the Raila Odinga Way and the Langata Road near Wilson Airport.
The same was witnessed in South C, Mombasa Road, Kajiado, Parklands, Syokimau and Kangundo road.
KeNHA has sent an advisory to motorists advising them to drive with caution or avoid the flooded roads until they subside.
In Mukuru -Kayaba slum in South B in Starehe sub- County, residents had to walk through the knee-length floods to go about their day.
