Rebecca Miano, CS Investment, Trade, and Industry, formally opened the Karibu Business Support Centres (KBSC), a hub that empowers entrepreneurs, investors, and industrialists.
According to CS Miano, the KBSC is more than simply a physical business; it's a representation of the government's dedication to making doing business in Kenya easier.
Additionally, she said that her Ministry's main goals are to facilitate investments, increase the GDP contribution of manufacturing, and improve the role of export and domestic trade and the KBSC is essential in streamlining facilitation to support these goals.
"My ministry is currently focused on three primary objectives: promoting and facilitating investments, enhancing the contribution of domestic and export trade to the GDP, and increasing the contribution of manufacturing to the GDP. @KaribuCentreKE plays a pivotal role in streamlining facilitation to align with these objectives," said CS Miano.
In addition to gathering and sharing business information, the Karibu Business Support Centres are a one-stop shop that aims to promote and facilitate both domestic and foreign investments.
The centres located at NSSF Building, Block A 16th Floor, will offer consulting services on investments, manufacturing, and commerce. Also, the Centres will offer guidance on manufacturing, trade policy, and investments.
