A Nairobi court has issued a warrant of arrest against two Indians for failing to appear in court to answer charges of forging a dead man's will.
Dinta Devani Pathania, Abhay Singh Pathania the two Indians alongside Samuel Ngugi and Addah Nduta were supposed to appear in court over forgery.
According to the prosecution, the four on June 5, 2019 forged the codicil will of Balkrishna Ramji Haribhai Devani in contravention of Section 393 of the Penal Code.
The four are also accused of intermeddling the estate of the late Balkrishna Ramji Haribhai Devani by transferring the shares of Pelikan Signs Ltd without express authority.
They are also accused of conspiring to defeat Justice by filling supporting affidavit in Nairobi High Court succession case of the estate of Balkrishna Ramji Haribhai Devani.
