The Employment and Labour Relations Court has ordered Health CS Nakhumicha, striking doctors, KMPDU and SRC to urgently convene a meeting by noon Thursday March 14,2024 with a view to resolve out of court the medical practitioners issues regarding their safety.
The court has further issued a conservatory order stopping the ongoing planned doctors' strike until a consent is filed in court regarding the talks between the government and the doctors unions.
Further, the court ordered the all medical practitioners to resume their work without being intimidation or harassment.
