Reprieve for directors and teachers of Joy Gardens Primary School who had been arrested following the death of a pupil in the said school as Makadara Law Courts revises its orders which had barred them from accessing the school.
Makadara Law Courts had blocked the two directors and three teachers from visiting or going near the school located in Umoja-Tena area in Nairobi City County.
The five are Jane Waithera Kimani, James Mungai Gachimo, Caroline Nthio Matheka, Anthony Mwangi Kimani and Vanice Kerubo Bosire.
They were arrested after a Grade 8 boy died mysteriously with the school claiming that he fell from the seventh floor of the School's building.
Postmortem report has however confirmed the cause of death was as a result of a fall.
However, Wesley Njiru's family has contested the school's allegation that their son died as a result of a fall.
